Prairie Earth Home offers original fine art photography and curated home goods. All products are sold subject to availability and these terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies.

2. Product Information

Fine Art Prints

All photographs are original works by Jamaica Jones.

Printed as archival giclée prints
Deep matte photographic paper (240 GSM)
Mounted on single-weight matboard (unless otherwise noted)
Framed options include a 2” mat and thin metal frame (as specified)

Color may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material differences.

3. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and design elements on this website are the intellectual property of Prairie Earth Home and Jamaica Jones.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of images is prohibited without written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is required in full before orders are processed.

Prairie Earth Home reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within [3–7 business days] unless otherwise noted.

Shipping timelines vary by carrier and location.

Prairie Earth Home is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

Because many of our products are made to order, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness with sustainability.

6. All Sales of Custom & Framed Work Are Final

The following items are non-refundable:

Framed prints
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Items marked final sale

These items are produced specifically for each order and cannot be restocked.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement, or
A refund at our discretion

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility.

8. Returns (Unframed Prints Only)

Unframed prints may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

In original condition
Unused
Undamaged
Returned in protective packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prairie Earth Home is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Carrier delays
Improper handling after delivery

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
