Prairie Earth is a curated home goods platform rooted in material, craft, and place. We bring together photography, textiles, and thoughtfully sourced objects that help shape homes with quiet depth and lasting character.

Founded by designer and project manager Jamaica Jones, Prairie Earth draws on decades of experience working with interiors, materials, and makers. The collection reflects an understanding of how objects live within real spaces—how texture, light, and form come together to create rooms that feel grounded and personal.

Rather than chasing trends, Prairie Earth focuses on pieces that carry presence: objects shaped by craftsmanship, natural materials, and the landscapes that inspire them.

Path Through Renewal
Still Ground Series

A narrow path rises across prairie ground toward a small limestone schoolhouse standing alone on the hill beyond.

Photographed near Strong City, Kansas after a controlled burn in the Tallgrass Prairie, the land appears briefly stripped back to soil and sky. Fire clears what has grown before, preparing the prairie for return.

Prairie Earth grew from a desire to move beyond mass-produced décor and return to objects that carry meaning

Founder Jamaica Jones spent more than two decades working in interior design, project management, and custom furnishings—collaborating with architects, designers, and craftspeople across residential, hospitality, and cultural spaces. Through that work she developed a deep respect for materials, craftsmanship, and the way objects shape how we experience our homes.

Prairie Earth emerged as a natural extension of that perspective: a curated platform bringing together photography, textiles, and thoughtfully sourced pieces that reflect a quieter, more grounded approach to living.
